Disaster Recovery
Do you need disaster recovery for your call center or your office phone system? We have two approaches to this common need.
The first is the no-monthly cost option. For a one-time fee we do a survey of your existing phone system. Armed with this information we create a plan of action which will include an equipment list. When your company declares a disaster we implement the pre-existing plan-of-action.
We then procure, deliver and configure the equipment on the pre-existing list. In most cases we can have the equipment on site the next business day. You only incur charges if you declare a disaster.
The second option is an enhanced traditional approach. After completing a site survey and creating a plan-of-action we procure the equipment. Once procured the equipment is configured, tested, packed and ready to go in the event of a disaster. Once a disaster is declared and depending on the location and availability of transportation we procure transportation services to ship the equipment. Transportation could include charter aircraft, truck, commercial airline cargo --- the nature of the disaster will determine the best method. This approach to disaster recover incurs a monthly, quarterly or annual fee with a contractual commitment.
