Switchvox offers many options to access voicemail: one-touch access from a desk phone, remote access from any phone, Web access to your Switchvox Mailbox, or email access from your favorite email client. Listen from anywhere, and mark messages read or unread as appropriate.

Switchvox lets you send callers to a specific extension if they press 0 inside of voicemail. This way, your customers don't get frustrated if they end up in the wrong place.

Switchvox extension-owners can easily create multiple custom greetings and set their active greeting. This gives your employees total control over their own greetings.

Voicemail blasts are also available. Record an announcement and send it to everyone’s voicemail box.
